Our business is located on a small lake between the Kasilof River and Clam Gulch about 20 miles south of Soldotna. We live in a large spruce log house which I built myself. In the summer, we operate as a Bed and Breakfast in conjunction with the guide service. The setting on our small isolated lake offers much of what many think of as truly Alaska.
We offer 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower. Both rooms have a view overlooking the lake. There is an entrance upstairs accessing both rooms, as well as the main entrance overlooking the lake.
Wild life abounds in the area. We commonly see moose in the yard, Bald Eagles, loons, ducks, geese and swans around the lake. We have even observed Black and Brown bears from the porch.
We are located just 4 miles from one of the most productive razor clam beaches in the world. Time your visit with a minus tide and head to the beaches to dig some of these delicious seafood treats. The limit is 45.
